Dore Male Voice Choir – new singers

Our membership has been growing over the past few years, and we welcome new members.

If you’re thinking about joining us, do come along to a rehearsal - Thursdays, 7:15 pm, Dore Village Hall, Townhead Road, Dore, Sheffield S17 3GA - to find out more without obligation. Rehearsals usually finish around 9:30. Parking is available in the centre of the village, near the village hall. There’s also a regular bus service between Dore and Sheffield city centre.

Please note that we don’t rehearse on bank holidays, or when we’re in concert or on tour.

You’re welcome to come to further rehearsals before deciding whether you want to join.

From time to time we hold open evenings on regular rehearsal nights for people thinking of joining. This enables prospective members to talk for longer with existing members and find out more about the Choir. Our most recent event was in 2008, when 7 prospective members visited us; several have joined us as a result. Our next open evening is scheduled for 7 October 2010.
